Scout Productions, the multimedia company behind the hit series “Queer Eye,” has launched “Eye on the Holidays with ‘Queer Eye’” to spread kindness and cheer this holiday season. Every day from Dec. 9-20, a “hero” who has had their life transformed by the Netflix show is gifting items from Walmart’s popular “Queer Eye” furniture line by Dorel Home to a deserving person from their life or local community.

Original “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” Fab Five member Carson Kressley and “Queer Eye” creator and executive producer David Collins are also joining in, nominating members of their communities to receive gifts, as well as cheering on and providing guidance to the ‘Heroes.’

“Re-joining my ‘Queer Eye’ family from time to time is something I always look forward to,” says Kressley. “That’s especially the case with an initiative like this that involves giving back to members of our community who are in need this holiday season. I hope this pay it forward program inspires others to do the same!”

The “Queer Eye” home furnishings collection, created in a deal brokered by IMG, launched exclusively on Walmart.com in July with fan-favorite items such as the Farnsworth Nightstand, Farnsworth 6 Drawer Dresser and Farnsworth 5 Drawer Dresser selling out within weeks.

“Eye on the Holidays with Queer Eye” is allowing “heroes” including Cory Waldrop, Reverend Noah Hepler and Deanna Munoz to play the Fab Five – usually comprised of Tan France, Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk, Jonathan Van Ness and Karamo Brown – by spreading the joy they received on the show in the past…
